Delivery Cost & Information
Shipping & Packaging Fees are calculated based weight. The final prices are displayed at the end of the shopping basket.
Above 60kg we will charge you a deposit of CHF 100.- . The final cost will be communicated to you (email/phone) and charged seperately.
In general goods will be sent by Swiss Post( Priority). In exceptional cases, the parcels are delivered via DHL or a freight carrier.
Monday to Thursday, orderes we receive befor 12 P.M. will be sent out the same day. Provided all items are in stock. Your order will be dispatched once all items are in stock. If you request seperate deliveys, this will be at extra delivery costs.
In the case of company holidays or public holidays, the orders are processed upon a "first in - first out " bases.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Enjoy greater convenience when receiving consignments. Swiss Post will inform you automatically and in advance about incoming parcels and registered letters. With the “My consignments” online service, you can also prepare to receive consignments or choose an option for parcel receipt based on your requirements. More info here: www.post.ch
In case your order fits into a envelope (with tracking), we will send a refund for the difference in price. Delivery cost will be 4.- /. 7.- CHF
