Creative Ceramics Moulds for Fusing, Slumping & Casting
This mould has been designed to create focal pieces for coffee tables or side boards. The depth and large diameter as well as the firm base make a perfect vessel for serving fruit, salads, desserts etc.
With a smaller glass diameter also suitable as dinnerware, e.g. salad or dessert bowl. The art deco shape invites to play with patterns and colours of the 1920&39;s.
Like for all deeper moulds, best results are achieved by slumping at the lowest possible temperature plus visual supervision.
Recommended Firing Chart
Please Read: This firing recommendation has been calculated for use with Bullseye Glass of average viscosity with an even thickness of 4 - 6 mm. The chart shown below is also based on the assumption that you are using a top fired kiln, e.g. Paragon GL22, GL24, BVD Flat bed kilns etc. If you are using a side firing kiln you must allow more time in the first ramp.
